I’m Nik Stapleton – a commercial operator with over two decades in marketing, direct sales, and commercial leadership.

I find where growth breaks down – how you’re targeting and selling, how marketing creates demand, and whether the numbers tell the truth. Then I rebuild the parts that aren’t working and leave your team with a system they can run without me.

I work in short, fixed sprints – typically weeks, not months. Every engagement is fixed-scope: no retainers, no day rates.
